You keep full control: purchase or maintain your own hosting and domain (we recommend a WordPress-optimized plan at GoDaddy or similar). If you’d rather we handle the technical side, we can set up or transfer the account for a one-time onboarding fee—giving us the access needed to optimise, monitor, and support your site long-term.

Our care plans scale with your needs. Essentials delivers weekly WordPress/core updates, daily cloud backups, malware scans, and a monthly health report. Growth adds 24/7 uptime alerts, performance tuning, and up to one hour of content edits each month. Premium layers on a real-time firewall with active threat response, staging-site update testing, unlimited minor edits, and a quarterly strategy call—giving you concierge-level protection and support.

You will have a dedicated agent. Submit requests anytime through our Freshdesk portal, email, or the Upwork workroom—whichever you prefer. We log every ticket, update its status, and share weekly progress reports and post-launch maintenance dashboards so you can track tasks, uptime, security scans, and backups in real time.

We monitor uptimeand respond as quick as we can. Cloudflare Pro absorbs attacks and reroutes traffic, while GoDaddy’s DNS keeps your domain reachable. Daily encrypted backups sit off-site; if an outage occurs we restore the latest copy as soon as possible and push it live—normally within hours—all covered under our maintenance plans.

All essential premium plugins are covered by your website-build or maintenance plan. No surprise renewals on your end. We manage updates and license renewals through our end, and you can view plugin status anytime. Full site and database backups run daily to off-site cloud storage (encrypted), with restore points visible for maximum transparency and quick recovery.

No lock-in contracts—just send two weeks’ written notice to our inquiry email or reach out to your agent so we can off-board you smoothly (transfer backups, revoke admin tokens, document settings).

Annual plans are prepaid and run their full 12-month term (non-refundable).

Monthly plans may be cancelled any time with the same two-week notice before the next billing cycle—no exit fees.

After cancellation you retain full site ownership and can self-manage updates or move to another provider whenever you choose.

Absolutely. You can switch tiers or add services at any time—just email our inquiry email. We’ll manage the current cycle, activate the new coverage immediately, and issue a revised agreement outlining your upgraded features in the current contract.

We’re flexible: many clients prefer 50 % up-front and 50 % at launch, but we also offer 50 / 25 / 25 milestones, monthly installments, or a pay-in-full option. Let us know your cash-flow needs and we’ll tailor a schedule in your quote.

Maintenance plans are separate and billed at flat monthly or annual rates (with an onbaording fee if website not built by EIT) to keep your site updated, secure, and backed up.

Yes—your final package includes SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG exports in every approved colourway. An off‑boarding guide explains when and how to use each file type.

It’s an in‑depth “brand bible” covering logo usage, colour codes, typography hierarchy, spacing rules, do’s & don’ts and more. Designers, developers and internal teams can reference it to maintain brand consistency across every touch‑point.

Most packages include two rounds of revisions to the main presentation unless specified otherwise. Additional rounds are available for an extra fee—though our collaborative process usually lands on the perfect solution.

We currently create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts. Choose the channels that align with your objectives.

Ad spend is separate. Our fee covers creative, setup and ongoing optimisation, while you fund the media budget directly through your own ad accounts (e.g.Meta or Google Ads).
